In this talk, I suggest building on the talk I gave in San Francisco: On top of the theory, I will also give practical advice on the metrics implementation, and mention the dimensions of SPACE to use. In particular, I will suggest the use of DORA metrics at different levels (local development, CI, company), and why they give us a lot of valuable information. I will use anecdotes to anchor the talk in the realities of software development.
