Mr. Chang, a space architecture activist and received master degree in engineering from The University of Tokyo. He had talked in TEDxTokyo (2012), space architecture specialist in Act In Space Taipei (2018), and held a position of first Supervisor of Taiwan Space Industry Development Association (2019). He is also a space education enthusiast, running and giving lectures for space scientific groups in academies, high schools, public events, and radio shows. Mr. Chang founded HelioX Cosmos since 2018 and becomes CEO. HelioX Cosmos is a proactive space business company which provides a wide spectrum of total solution ranging from nanosatellite R&D, spaceflight verification, space-grade components to launch service, CubeSat ISS deployment, and deep space missions. HelioX Cosmos has been working and partnering with NSPO (National Space Organization, Taiwan), ISL, Space BD, Space One, TiSPACE, EASAR, and universities in Asia-Pacific Region. HelioX Cosmos also dedicated its excellent solutions to projects such as CCZ lens components for FormoSat-8, patch antenna cover for FormoSat-8, spherical motors / ADCS for nano and small satellites, 3U CubeSat launch service, space education kits, etc..
