Gaurav Bhatia is the Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering at ShareChat and Moj. He leads all product development for ShareChat and Moj including Android and iOS application development, backend software development, infrastructure and information security. Prior to joining ShareChat, Gaurav was a tech entrepreneur and founded Auditoria.ai in 2019. With over 24 years of experience, Gaurav has worked with large tech companies such as Intuit, Oracle, and MakeMyTrip as well as early-stage VC-funded startups like Palerra, in Silicon Valley. Gaurav has experience in building successful software products, leading world-class teams and building secure, mission-critical Internet-based products. An active member of the startup community, Gaurav has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. He has also been granted over a dozen US patents related to distributed systems and security. Gaurav is fluent in two languages - English and Hindi and enjoys exploring music and fitness content on social media.
