ウズベキスタンのサマルカンド市出身。サマルカンド国立外語大学で学ぶとともに、日本の文部科学省の奨学生として神戸大学に留学して異文化コミュニケーションおよび国際関係について研究。その体験から日本社会への貢献を志すようになり、2010年にグローバル人材開発を行うSOPHYS株式会社を東京で起業。 SOPHYSでは日本のトップ企業の幹部とマネージャー3,000人超を育成。その後、世界中の企業が強みを活かしてあらゆる人々の生活を向上させるイノベーションを加速させることをビジョンに掲げて、2016年にTrusted株式会社を設立。日本初スタートアップ管理プラットフォームをリリース。 2017年から日経産業新聞にグローバルHRに関するコラムを掲載。国連財団主催のHult Prizeの審査員を務め、神戸大学、慶応大学、一橋大学、早稲田大学などで学生に向けた講義も行う。昨年4月に行われた神戸大学の入学式では記念講演のスピーカーを務めた。"

Global and Japanese Startup Ecosystem 2021

In this session, we are going to introduce a global perspective about the startup ecosystem and analyze Japanese society. In the first part, Mr. Victor Mulas from World Bank will introduce an overview of the startup ecosystem around the world and how Tokyo looks like from the world, then Ms. Fariza Abidoba from Trusted will present about the ecosystem in Europe. In the last part, panelists will discuss how Japan can develop its ecosystem and how companies can collaborate with startups.
