Executive with 12+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, and scaling start-ups in emerging markets. With a vision of "Changing people's lives, dramatically.", Degas has the largest smallholder farmer network in Ghana - currently directly managing and financing over 22,000 smallholder farmers. Such an operation is realised through data-driven farmer management, using remote-sensing and machine learning technologies, improving productivity and climate-risk reduction. Also has Africa's one of the largest regenerative agriculture practices to decarbonise the world, from Africa. Formerly worked with Deloitte with expertise in mergers & acquisition and market and growth strategy. BSc from University of the Philippines and an MSc from SOAS University of London in business, finance, and economic policy. Avid scuba diver and surfer and a wine, cheese and poetry aficionado.
